Global Air Ferry gives all customers a comprehensive guarantee as described here (subject to Terms & Conditions).

If any if these guarantees are broken, we will arrange a partial or full refund of service fees incurred, as per Terms & Conditions agreement.

We can currently provide the following guarantees to you:

• Your aircraft will be delivered to the desired destination in a scheduled time and as agreed (unless a safe delivery can not be performed).
• Your aircraft will be treated with extreme care and respect.
• Our best aeronautical decision making will be exercised to ensure a safe delivery.
• Online Updates will be provided by our pilots every 12 hours on the transit progress.
• If we are unable to undertake the requested ferry flight we will outsource appropriate pilots.

We also unconditionally guarantee that we will try to match or beat any service fee quotation from any other ferry company on the market
