The best way to contact us is via email. |
| Why ? Because we are constantly en route and may not have a great mobile phone coverage at 39,000 ft or in a small airfield in Greenland. However, we do provide contact numbers for our offices in the US, Russia and Indonesia. |
| If you need to contact any of our pilots separately, please email us at pilots@air-ferry.com and we will email you personal contact information for each pilot. However, if your aircraft delivery is on the way, you should have recived all the details by now. We always supply you with your pilot's personal contact information, including email and mobile number. |
| Blackberry Messenger technology from RIM |
What is it and why do we use it? We started using it in May 2010 and it proved to be a very effective tool for internal and external corporate communications. We can receive and answer messages on the go in any area that has GPRS, EDGE or 3G. We tested this technology in the air and on VFR flights transitioning at the altitude of 7000ft and below, we normally have a fair coverage. Therefore, if you do have a BlackBerry, please try messaging us via BB messenger for a quick and streamline assistance.
