We have also not received a full reply from Mr Norris regarding this matter. As you know, all pilots are contracted on completely independent basis and do not have to answer to us. The worse we can do is to exclude them from our operation. So, we can certainly remove his name from our pilots list, if this matter is still unresolved. Have you tried contacting your / his insurance agency to make a claim for landing gear repair?
