GAF is proud to be an extremely competitive company, offering one of the lowest ferry rates on the market.

We are able to offer these rates to you because of our volume of work and PRC taxation savings.

Please remember, that our enroute flight instruction service, worth hundreds of dollars to you under normal flight school rates, currently and for a limited period only is ABSOLUTELY FREE !!!

Although we encourage you to contact us for personalized quotation, a brief outlook may be provided by estimating our service cost to be:

  • $150 to 350 (USD) per day for local flight GA airplanes and between $500 to $850 per day for large commercial a/c *.
  • Plus Related Expenses **

*Rates vary depending on the pilot's license, ratings and aicraft type ratings required to ferry your plane.

** Related expenses normally include our transportation to the aircraft location and from it's destination location and accommodation while en route. Some pilots have "jump-seat" privileges which can minimize our expenses and pass these saving to you !

**AIRCRAFT and OTHER FERRY RELATED EXPENSES (that will be included in our proposals):

Parking (overnight and/or hourly fee's)
Handling (depending on place + FBO's)
Customer Entry fees(depending on Country as well as day / night time, weekend's)
Fuel and Oil
Accommodation en route (if required)

 

**AIRCRAFT FERRY RELATED EXPENSES (that are either billed to you directly or can be estimated and included on case to case basis):

All Flights fees, if applicable (departure-, en route- (IFR), approach +landing fee's (Eurocontrol fees), Over-flight permissions, etc.
Any necessary repairs or en route service
Any other fees (IMPORT, SECURITY, APPROVAL's, etc.)
Temporary Long-range fuel tanks installation and certification or termorary de/anti-icing systerm installation.

Any fees for flights crossing Canadian airspace

All aircraft related expenses are billed by the pilot on the original receipts and due at time and place of aircraft delivery. See Terms.

We may also undertake the following import-related work, depending on each case:

inspection authorization (IA) , designated airworthiness representative (DAR) , pre-buy inspection , import clearance

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Because our pilots work on independent basis, payment should be made to a pilot undertaking your ferry flight directly. However, GAF can accept electronic payments on our pilot's behalf for you convenience.

Total payment is due on delivery of your aircraft. Payment could be made by company cheque, cash or credit card via our online invoicing system. We are flexible.

GAF uses PayPal system as it provides the highest level of security for online transactions and a complete peace of mind for our customers.

If to any reason you are not happy with our service, we will review the Invoice. Please refer to T&C for more details.
